You can now access and manage your library account from home by following the directions below.
Getting Started
- Click Log in, located on the top right of the catalog webpage, then click the Sign in button
- Enter your 14 digit Franklin Square library card barcode number (without spaces) and a PIN number. If you have never made a pin number before, entering a PIN here creates it. We recommend an easy to remember 4-digit number. Once these are entered, click Log In.
- A new page will open and prompt you to enter your PIN number two more times. Click Login.
- Your name will now be visible on the top right corner of the screen. Click on your name to open your account. Should you choose, click on your name to edit your profile and add email addresses and phone numbers.
- Please remember to log out of your account when you are finished using the Log Out button at the top right of the screen.
You are now able to reserve, renew, and monitor your account from home.
If you ever forget your PIN, you can click the Forget your PIN? button on the log in page or call us at 516-488-3444 and we can change your PIN for you.
*Please note you will need to opt in to keeping your reading history again. After logging in, click on your name and then click the Reading History tab and opt in. Your previous history will then appear and your account will continue to track your history.
